Baked  Cinnamon Apples
Serves: 4
Cooking time: 50 minutes

Ingredients
* 4 small apples, cored
* 63ml pecan nuts, chopped
* 50ml almonds, flaked
* 30ml honey
* 30ml raisins
* 5ml cinnamon
* 15ml butter, softened
* 125ml sour cream


Preparation 
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the nuts, honey, raisins, cinnamon and butter, and press this mixture into the centre of the cored apples.
2. Bake until the apples are tender, which will take about 30 minutes. Serve warm with a dollop of thick sour cream on the side and a dusting of icing sugar.
