Fruit Crumble
Serves: 4-6
Cooking time: 50 minutes

*  750ml canned fruit, undrained
*  500ml orange juice
*  15ml honey
*  2 cinnamon sticks

For the Crumble
*  250ml oats
*  125ml desiccated coconut
*  15ml brown sugar
*  5ml each: sesame, poppy and linseeds
*  30ml almonds, flaked
*  5ml cinnamon

1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. In a pot, heat the fruit, juice, honey and cinnamon. Remove the cinnamon. Spoon fruit into a large baking dish. 
2. to make the crumble, mix all the ingredients and sprinkle over the fruit. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and serve warm.
